Struggling Learner Conference

Saturday October 5, 2013

Carol Barnier

·        Author

·        Nationally known conference speaker

·        Frequent radio show guest

·        Founder of Sizzle Bop * dealing with the non-linear mind

·        Guest commentator on Focus on the Family*s Weekend Magazine

·        Homeschool mom

Help! How Do I Teach the Distractible Child – Part One

Help! How Do I Teach the Distractible Child – Part Two

Teaching a Child to Read…Made Easy

Don’t Miss the Gift in This Child

While her humor will have you leaning sideways, Carol's faith is solid.

Whether speaking about her first born son’s 13 surgeries, her family’s many ADHD challenges, or her own walk from being a God-denying atheist to the most grateful recipient of God’s amazing grace, she speaks from the heart. With each new challenge, Carol has learned to recognize the value of following the wisdom of the Designer and His plan for each child. To find out more about Carol, visit her website at www.carolbarnier.com.

Carol began her ministry when her son—a non-stop, constantly moving ball of energy—didn’t fit the mold that worked so well in a traditional classroom setting. Her creative, can-do strategies with this child led to her first book entitled

How to Get Your Child off the Refrigerator and on to Learning and her website Sizzle Bop.
